In my different positions, I managed projects with many different types of persons : IT people, industrial maintenance teams, production teams, sales or physicians and of course management.
Working on IoT projects as both Project Manager and Solution Architect requires to understand the field requirements, define it in technical terms for IT people, and then understand organizations to be efficient in change management.
Understanding the whole picture of a project , being multi face interface are challenging but extremely rewarding on the knowledge I acquired.
