By profession I am a food/dairy technologist whose areas of interest are food safety and quality, innovation in food science, food process engineering but are not just confined to food but widespread to feed to food relation, bio process technology application in food. Currently me and my professor are working in the field of use of Molecularly Imprinted Polymers and nano particles for the fabrication of electrochemical sensor food analysis specially in detection of antibiotics residue in food and feed samples....
