Three years ago, I wasn’t even sure I would make it to my first semester freshman year at college. A rare tumor and need for immediate surgery, with seven weeks of radiation following, left the start to my undergraduate studies in jeopardy. Fast forward three years and I am on track to graduate this spring. As a senior at Eastern Michigan University majoring in Apparel, Textiles, and Merchandising, with a minor in Communication, I have a proven record of being a go-getter, self-starter, and enthusiastic lover of all things fashionable. My experience and professional strengths include retail and showroom sales, styling, merchandising, small business/boutique operations, client management.
