P R E C O N T R A C T Preparation Concept Stages Develop Stages Tender Stages - Initial project brief - Gathering the team members -architects will draw the building layout -submit to local authorities for approval -M&E will refer to architect drawings to draw their drawings - Pass all the drawings for tendering -contractors will use the tender documents for references P O S T C O N T R A C T Construction Stages Maintainence - All the team members will monitor the contractors - To make sure that the contractors will build the same thing they had planned -building services will play the biggest role to maintain the building -MEP will make sure all the equipment will work as they had planned
