Leon has a medical degree and over 20 years management and leadership experience in the health sector, pharmaceutical and biotech industries. He has worked in management positions in Australia and Europe during which time he led strategy development, set up teams and functions and led major international projects for a multinational company. During this time, he developed his passion for developing people and maximising their performance. He has particular interests in stress mastery and the developing field of neuroleadership.
He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia and an Associate Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators.
