Responsible for internal and external communications for the centre, marketing its undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses which are validated by Middlesex University, including production of prospectus, website development, social media etc. I am also Head of Level 5 (second year) of the BSc (Hons) Nutritional Science programme and Module Leader for the second year module: Applied Pathophysiological Reasoning and Clinic Supervisor in the Centre's Teaching Clinic. I am currently studying for my PGCHE with Middlesex University.
