I believe in having a deep understanding of my user. Design takes priority over function. I like to think about 'why' something is being built before thinking about how. From user-testing to a solid conceptual model, user-centered design is my passion. I find that this not only delivers a better product, but can help facilitate the development team's communication and efficiency.
