Originally from NYC, I have worked in all facets of the hospitality industry. From fine French cuisine in restaurants like Alison on Dominic Street where Tom Collicchio and Dan Silverman had their start to being a freelance cook for the Food Network. I climbed the culinary ladder in hotels like Hilton and Hyatt, country clubs and corporate dining. I even managed a sales territory for companies such as Kraft general foods and US Foodservice.
