JEMA AGRO A/S Products
T20 / T40 Chain elevator Capacity = 20/40 t/h. Material = 1,5–3 mm. galvanized steel. Height = min. 3 m., max. 18 m. Can be combined with a 90° bend. Length = min. 2 m., max. 8 m. Combined with augers in trough it is a superb solution for e.g. grain pits.
T53 / T54 / T55 Bucket elevator Capacity = 25-120 t/h. Material = 1,5 – 3 mm. galvanized steel. Height = min. 4 m., max. 25 m. Designed to be stable, even in tall versions and are capable of running continually for many hours.
T44 / T45 Chain conveyor Capacity = 30-80 t/h. Material = 1,5–3 mm. galvanized steel. Length = min. 4 m., max. 41 m. Can be combined with a 45° bend. Can also be combined with a 90° bend and a T20/T40 chain elevator. Is also available with inlet trough for grain pits etc. Length = min. 3 m., max. 21 m.
T49 / T57 Chain & flight conveyor Capacity = 80-120 t/h. Material = 3 mm. galvanized steel. Length = min. 4,5 m., max. 33,5 m. Can be combined with a 30° bend. Is also available with inlet trough for grain pits etc. Length = min. 4,5 m., max. 25,5 m. It is mounted with plastic carriers, which causes a nearly noiseless, calm and gentle transport.
Tipping hopper Material = 1,5 mm. galvanized steel. Length = min. 1 m., max. 10 m. Can be combined with T20/T40, T44/T45, T49/T57 and augers in trough. Is also available with extensions for one side or more. We also supply tarpaulins and roller bars. Fitted with extensions on 3 sides a section of 1 m. contains app. 1 m3.
T19V Belt conveyor Capacity = 25-50 t/h. Material = 1,5–3 mm. steel. Length = min. 4 m., max. 51 m. Are suitable for horizontal and slightly rising conveying (max. 6°) and it can be used both one- and two- way conveying. The material can also be delivered along the conveyor – one or more discharge sections can be fitted at any desired place.
T51 / T52 Belt conveyor Capacity = 80-120 t/h. Material = 3 mm. galvanized steel. Length = min. 2 m., max. 100 m.
