I have a passion for finding a path and then helping others in the journey. In the complex world of today, finding the path usually starts with forming relationships, finding information, digging deeper and then following through. I learn best by listening to others, trying it myself and then asking questions. I like to understand the rules, but also to ask why things are the way they are. I then advocate for reducing the unnecessary burdens that have been built into our complex systems that have no value.
