My role today is to empower a high performance work culture by enabling leaders to successfully manage the performance of our most valuable resource - our people. With the HROD Team, I design and deliver purposeful and creative learning and development programs, resources, events, activities, and coaching to enable our leaders to "Inspire through Trust and Lead by Example." I also partner directly with our HRIS team to align our systems to our approach, and our HR Business partners to deliver and continuously improve our program to meet the changing business needs.
