Lo茂c Lecomte has been living in India since 2007, first in Mumbai for Atos and later in Bangalore where, until 2011, he led Groupe SCE India (now known as EGIS Geoplan), a company specialising in urban planning and GIS data engineering.
Since 2011 he has been advising French companies desirous of setting up operations or investing in the Indian subcontinent thus sharing with them the benefits of his seven years of experience in India and his solid network in both the public and private sectors.
He cofounded TOBOC Deals in April 2012 and led this e-commerce company, a subsidiary of the Canadian TBC-World Group, till April 2015.
In May 2015, he joined Altran India as Program Director.
