Evangelist Lovie Armstead is a native of Canton, Ohio and is presently a member of the All Saints Temple COGIC in Canton, where she serves faithfully under the leadership of her Pastor Wilbur Allen III. She served a Regional Elect Lady for the Evangelistic Dept. of Ohio North Jurisdiction. She was past president of the Young Women’s Christian Council, and Sunday school teacher. She received her Evangelistic license from the Bishop William Morgan James Ministerial Institute in 1998.
