Luca Missaglia is from Milan, Italy. From the early age of 14 he knew he wanted to work in the hospitality business and while at school he took a number of part time jobs in local restaurants.
Once he graduated he soon discovered the glamorous and chic cocktail bars of Milan and it was there, in one of these establishments that he noticed the exceptional level of service offered by the bartender. He decided that this, combined with his love for cocktails and good conversation was to be his vocation. In 2008 he came to London to experience some of the best bars and cocktails in Europe.
