As a Pre-Sales Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 at Hitachi Solutions, my role involves bringing together knowledge of business processes and efficiencies with understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 stack to demonstrate solutions that meet not only our client’s current business strategy, but their future aspirations. We use Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a platform to enable our clients to capture and analyse critical data, so that they are able to better profile their customers, create meaningful marketing activity, generate more targeted messaging, and promote brand advocacy through an improved customer experience, ultimately increasing revenue.
