I am a doctoral student focused on Business Psychology. I study applied experimental design, and Industrial and Organizational psychology. I also study individuals as self, part of a group and as part of an organization. I study how to capitalize on human assets in the workplace. I love doing statistical analysis and appreciate the empirical and artistic nature that exists within stats simultaneously. I plan to teach, publish and work as a consultant. In general, be a work in progress trying to be the best I can be for me and those around me. I enjoy thinking and theorizing about why things are the way they are and how I can try to make things better.
