I THINK ABOUT ways to make the unfamiliar familiar. How can stories bring an abstract idea or stranger closer? How can media and technology help us learn, express ourselves creatively, or relate to different perspectives?
I COLLABORATE with producers, technologists, artists, researchers, local schools and organizations. I'm an assistant producer for the audio show Strangers (part of Radiotopia and KCRW), a research affiliate for the MIT Media Lab and a contributor to KALW's Crosscurrents. I also work as a diversity and feedback steward at Dev Bootcamp.
