Luisa Pastore is an Architectural Engineer and a PhD in Recovery of Existing Buildings and Innovative Processes in Architecture. She is currently a post-doc researcher at the Interdisciplinary Laboratory of Performance-Integrated Design (LIPID) of the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL).
During the last five years she gained a wide research and work experience abroad where she specialized in sustainable architecture, with focus on the energy retrofit of the existing building stock. Some of her works have been published in books, conference proceedings and journals.
She's co-author of two Italian patents and one PCT.
