Last 3 years I was helping a car sharing company named CityBee to become a widely used mode of personal urban transportation.
I joined CityBee as an early employee (No.7) and took over a newly created role as a Head of Marketing. I helped to transform CityBee product and marketing strategy from scratch, what in less than 3 years resulted in:
- x10 increase in number of cars (from 50 to 500+ vehicles) and income;
- x3 increase in number of registered users;
- x12 increase in number of monthly active users;
