3.Engrandeced a Jehovaconmigo, y exaltemos a unasunombre.---------------------------O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together.
4.Busque a Jehova, y el me oyo, y me libro de todosmistemores.---------------------------------I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.
5.Los quemiraron a el fueronalumbrados, Y susrostros no fueroavergonzados.----------------------------------They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed.

11.Venid, hijos, oidme; El temor de Jehovaosensen~are.---------------------------Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the LORD
12.¿Quienes el hombre quedeseavida, Quedeseamuchosdiasparaver el bien?-------------------------------What man is he that desireth life, and lovethmany days, that he may see good?
13.Guardatulengua del mal, Y tuslabios de hablarengan~o.-------------------------------Keep thy tounge from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.
14.Apartate del mal, y haz el bien; busca la paz, y siguela.-------------------------------Depart from evil, and do good: seek peace and persue it.
15.Los ojos de Jehovaestansobre los justos, y atentossusoidos al clamor de ellos.--------------------------------The eyes of the LORD are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.
16.La ira de Jehovaconta los quehacen mal, Para cortar de la tierra la memoria de ellos.------------------------------The face of the LORD is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.
17. Claman los juntos, y Jehovaoye, Y oslibra de todassusangustias.-------------------------The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.
18.CercanoestaJehova a los quebrantados de corazon; Y salva a los contritos de espiritu.----------------------------The LORD is nigh unto them that are unto a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.
19.Muchas son lasaflicciones del justo, pero de todasellas le libraraJehova.--------------------------Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.
20.El guardatodossushuesos; Ni uno de ellos sera quebrantado.-------------------------------He keepeth all his bones: not one of them is broken.
21.Matara el malo la maldad, Y los queaborrecen al justoserancondenados.------------------------------Evil shall slay they wicked: and they that hate the righteous shall be desolate.
22.Jehovaredime el alma de sussiervos, Y no serancondenadoscuantos en el confian.------------------------------The LORD redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate.
Reflexión Salmo 34, 1. "Bendeciré al Señor en todo tiempo, su alabanza estará siempre en mis labios." Salmo 34, 1.Es muy fácil bendecir al Señor cuando todo en nuestras vidas está o aparenta estar bien. Díficil, más no imposible, se nos hace cuando vemos que alguna situación no agradable de repente nos arropa o que todo a nuestro alrededor no está como quisieramos.Pero he aquí en dónde está parte del sentido de nuestra fe... creer! hermanos! creer!... y es solamente creyendo que podemos bendecir al Señor en todo momento; teniendo fe en el Dios de Israel, en el Dios de nuestro corazón, en el Dios del bendito madero es que pueden estar nuestros labios alabando a Dios..... alabandolo en medio de lo bueno y de lo malo, de la salud y de la enfermedad, de la paz y del sufrimiento, de la abundacia y de la carencia, del sentir y del no sentir.Dios siempre es fiel, es bueno y su misericordia es eterna... solamente tenemos que ir a los pies del Maestro, contarle sobre nuestras tribulaciones y Él, como Buen Pastor, nos guiará por el buen sendero, abrirá las puertas que otros tratarán de cerrar y nos llenará de su paz!
Reflection on Psalm 34Those who look to him are radiant.Sometimes the church gets so confused. Those who seek the Lord begin in humility and receive the joy of radiance in the Lord’s presence. But after a while we begin to think it is radiant people who seek the Lord. We begin to think that it was in the nature of those who seek the Lord to shine brightly and to know no shame. We have forgotten our humble state like the poor man who cried and the Lord heard him. It is not radiant people who seek the Lord. It is poor men who cry out to God and their faces reflect the brilliance of being brought in His presence.Near the end of this psalm we see a prophecy regarding the suffering of the one who “redeems the life of his servants. We are told that “He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken.” This was the case with Jesus. Just today we read that He was crucified at the third hour and breathed his last at the ninth hour. Crucifixion was usually a very slow and painful death. In order to hasten suffocation, sometimes the executioners would break the legs of the crucified. Pilate, on the other hand, was surprised that Jesus was already dead. Thus, none of Jesus’ bones were broken, just as was said of Him in this psalm.
