Maybe I should have been a mechanic! I love getting under the hood of problems and figuring out how to fix them. I just happen to have applied that skill to marketing and communications. Three things have always fascinated me:
• People - and what’s really behind their feelings and behavior. What makes them tick and how to change behaviour.
• How people influence and are, in turn, influenced by culture.
• And uncovering the ideas that inspire them to be and do more than they might have thought was possible.
