Job Responsibilities:
 Prepare materials schedule and cost estimate according to market price.
 Quantity takeoff from working drawings such as structural, architectural, plumbing, electrical, landscaping etc. to accomplish the reporting of field quantities in accordance with construction planning.
 Estimating work of housing, residential, commercial and factory building projects.
 Bill of Quantity (BOQ) prepare for all items of civil work.
 Cost control by verifying between site work measurement quantity and pre-estimated quantity.
