In 2012 I decided to formalise my professional experience by studying for a degree in Business and Management at Bournemouth University. My career to date has been primarily focused around the manufacturing sector. I have worked within the public and private sector, as well as being a Managing Director. Prior to entering education I acted as a management consultant focused on business intelligence and process improvement. I am dyslexic and whilst some would see this as a disadvantage the compensatory skills that I have gained allow me to see a solution or improvement that is not readily visible to others.
