I am an attorney who represents start up clean technology companies that operating in emerging markets. I advise organization on critical issues related to business formation, air quality and energy regulations, and climate change. I have worked for almost twenty years in matters related to environment, energy, air quality, co-benefits and climate change. Awarded Fulbright Fellowship to Libreville, Gabon where I focused on the impact of the petroluem sector on development of environmental policy in the Central African Region.
