Raymundr Graycochea was born on September 13 1979 in Bacnotan La Union Philippines. The town is near to the San Gabriel Balaoan border, and his father, Reynaldo, worked as a Police Officer on the small town of San Fernando. His mother, Carmencita, had succesfully given birth to three other children Jackie, Jun and Irwin John. Raymundr attended school from the age of six and the family lived in a small village from the town of Bacnotan, west of San Gabriel. Raymundrr grew up with a satisfactory record at school and left, before completing his tuition, with an ambition to become an mechanical engineer.
