I facilitate collective creativity and innovative use of emerging digital capabilities in support of client objectives, and help make it easier for clients to do business with IBM. I love pioneering new ways to engage, learn, collaborate, and together actively be shaping this emerging 'Collaborative Commons'鈥�, through emerging digital media capabilities, and in-person human interactions. I have been actively engaged in this work since the inception of the Internet as a public medium - at IBM, Apple, AT&T Bell Labs, University of Colorado, and through 'Community Networking'鈥� .
