A development professional with masters in Economics and Sociology and a passionate interest in Gender and Sexuality, I have worked in various research and M&E projects, facilitated gender empowerment processes and life skills based education and developed training content for the same. I am also a keen follower of several new age methods of self discovery and self transformation and see my profession as a passionate and integral part of my being and life purpose. I am presently a consultant with Naandi's Policy and Advocacy cell, contributing to the Foundation's gender related projects with my nuanced understanding of gender issues, rights framework, cultural sensitivity and joyous being.
