Mr. Magdy Hussien lsmail worked as a financial expert for the Financial and Investment Sector Co-operation (FISCA) Project in Cairo, Egypt from August 2005 to April 2006. During his assignment Mr. lsmail has assisted the Social Fund for Development (SFD) of Egypt / Mlcro Finance Sector (MFS) in complete tender dossier, according to EU templates for the provision of technical assistance to support the micro finance sector (MFS). 2)Support SFD/MFS in the selection of NGOs for the project's credit, training and grant facilities in accordance with EU procurement rules.3) Formulate the stander agreement between the microfinance sector and NGOs.4) Prepare with MFS plans for training and awareness campaigns for the NGOs to use the credit line and the grant. We are happy to have had an opportunity to work with Mr. lsmail and I am sure he would be an asset to any financlal institution working with MSEs.
