Education

My main research interest is computer-assisted or automatic indexing and classification of bibliographic metadata. I am also working on ideas to create crosswalks between different thesauri or classification systems by harvesting cooccurrance information from bibliographic databases. Currently I am working on bringing library data into the semantic web as linked open data. I teach classes on knowledge management, digital libraries and information literacy / scientific writing.
