• Participate in UAT testing for Salesforce.com migration
• Create and manage reports and dashboards for sales reps and management
• Liaison with sales team to analyze and update SF.com data in preparation for migration to new SF.com instance
• Manage overall data quality and integrity in SF.com
• Assist and drive system definition and requirements including collaboration with internal resources, SF.com IT and third party developers.
• Troubleshoot, test and support SF.com issues
• One-on-one training and support on new SF.com solution
• Accounts and Leads de-dupe using DemandTools for internal distributors to target as new sales prospects
