In this role, I lead the company鈥檚 hiring efforts, overseeing a team for lateral hiring and campus hiring based on the annual HR budgeting spend. Our most exciting work to date was optimizing our campus recruitment efforts and creating competitions for both T-Schools and B-Schools covering campuses across India.
