I like to make decisions(instead of being lethargic in doing so). I would like to suggest our leaders ( Political,Technical, Social and Administrators i.e Facilitators) to remain vibrant and to avoid intellectual incapacity.My personal view is this that unless we take decisions(we are expected to play the role of a true decision maker),how can we ensure the development of the nation as a whole. However,decisions taken must be based on thorough investigation and should embodies in it, a great deal of rationality and inclusiveness-which are essential for the value based development of any country.
