From being an 'Entreployee'​ to now a Idea-preneur & Turn-around expert - Mahesh is the CEO of Newton:TAC - a specialist agency conceptualising and developing 'Shelf-Out'​ Campaigns that he funded in early 2015. In 2016 he expanded the Newton ideology to Srilanka and co-funded Newton Lanka to become of the first specialist agencies - focussing on winning the battle at the shelf. Until Recently he was also the COO of Advocacy Malaysia - an agency he joined in 2013 to set-up their Malaysia operations - having started with a small team of of 5 people, 2 clients & initial seed revenue of 100 K USD.
