Muhammad Mahmood Ali received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electronic Engineering from the University College of Engineering and Technology, The Islamia University of Bahawaplur, Pakistan, and Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology, Topi, Pakistan, in 2009 and 2012, respectively. He has completed the Ph.D. degree in Photonic Engineering under Bright Spark Fellowship in 2016 from Photonics Research Centre, University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
