Dr. Mahmoud Khater is an Executive Vice President and the Chief Science and Technology Officer of EQECAT. He has more than 25 years of engineering experience in risk quantification, risk management and reliability assessment; in the power, industrial, commercial and insurance sectors.
His experience includes developing natural hazard stochastic models and assessing the behavior of structures and lifelines systems under extreme hazard loading due to earthquakes, Hurricanes, subtropical storms and flooding.
