As a project manager at benntec Systemtechnik GmbH I am responsible for individual eLearning solutions that complement customer-specific training concepts. We develop eLearning applications including traditional learning programs such as Computer-Based Training (CBT) and Web-Based Training for cognitive knowledge transfer as well as 3D simulation for behavioral training (e.g. practicing firefighting processes in Virtual Worlds). Furthermore we develop tailor-made blended learning concepts, combining face-to-face teaching and e-Learning, using Learning Management Systems (LMS) as well as New Media to facilitate knowledge exchange.
