With 12 years of experience in insurance, legal, consultancy and customer services I have developed leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills and with the added benefit of studying towards a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) have a well-rounded individual. Notable key achievements have been in the insurance industry when heading the new business development department of Aon Zambia and improved the department’s annual revenue by about 200% in 2013 by winning major clients. As a consultant and during the 8 years as an insurance broker I have been involved in training and implementation and launched the Customer Satisfaction Survey (Net Promoter Score) at Aon Zambia in 2010. .
