Malcolm Van Harte (MSAIEE and ECSA) was born in Bellville South Africa, on March 03, 1974. My highest tertiary qualification is MSc in Electrical Engineering at the University of Cape Town and I am currently employed at Strategy and Risk Divisions as Middle Manager - Power System Manager within Eskom. I also worked in the areas such as: Network Planning, Regional and National Control Centre, Network Optimisation and Strategy and Risk Department.
