Malibongwe Nhlakanipho Xaba, also known as 鈥淢ally鈥�, is a Youth Speaker, who has travels across South Africa including Lesotho& Swaziland; Malibongwe has a background in Youth Development having worked with young people all over South Africa and a team leader for visiting youth teams from USA and Australia. He founded an organisation (YBF Solutions) in 2010 following his work with The Salvation Army鈥檚 Mission Team and being a Divisional Youth Coordinator (Mid KwaZulu-Natal).
