Nelson has one year of experience in the nonprofit sector, and earned a Bachelor’s of Commerce in Accounting from Makerere University in Uganda. While working as Global Ambassador with Thought for Food Foundation in Switzerland under the Syngenta-funded food security program, he helped improved the lives of the people in the community by influencing students to innovate technologies that address food insecurity. Nelson worked with the foundation to advance food security education and promote hunger awareness. Through these experiences, he developed strong understanding of how to deal with a multicultural background.
