This document outlines the course content for a supply chain management subject code. It is divided into two parts over 8 units. Part A covers introduction to supply chains, drivers and obstacles in supply chain design, network design under uncertainty, and demand forecasting and aggregate planning. Part B covers inventory management, transportation design, pricing and coordination strategies, and the role of information technology in enabling supply chain management. The course aims to provide students with an understanding of key aspects of supply chain strategy, planning and operations.
