o Design and drafting for residential apartment and villa as per the building norms.
o Layout design as per the norms.
o Checking out all the details in the plans (Sanction, Architectural, structural drawings etc.,)
o Preparing the Built Up area, Sale area calculation.
o Design signoff.
o Conduct design meeting.
o Co-Ordinate with the consultants.
o Co-ordination with marketing department.
o Periodically site visit for checking of work executed at site.
o Crosscheck drawings (MOEF , FIRE ,etc)
