I have a Doctorate Degree in Marine Biology, Master in Fisheries Economics and Expert in Advanced Methods in Applied Statistics with over 30 years of experience in research related to biology, ecology and management of marine resources. I have developed extensive experience in different aspects of living marine resources (involving fishes, shellfishes and algae) assessment and management, including biology and ecology studies of different species, effects of oceanographic and environment conditions on marine resources, marine biodiversity, aquaculture and use of data tools analysis (GIS) in marine resources management.
