I'm a lawyer with international expertise in business law with focus a.o. on insurance and energy matters. I am admitted to the Luxembourg and Brussels Bars.
My general law studies were followed by a special degree in tax law (ESSF) and a certificate in management of SME's.
Within Philippe & Partners, I am part of the business law department where I am providing legal advice, assistance in contract negotiation, as well as litigation (including arbitration) services in (international) contract law, insurance and liability issues and the energy sector.
