Since 1992, I was involved in approximately 35 projects, for different clients, varying in size, complexity and regional spread. It allowed me to work both on a managerial and executive level, cross sector, for national & international companies, both in public and private organizations.
I had the pleasure of (co) - founding, successfully, 3 companies since 2001. Being an entrepreneur helped me to get acquainted, 'real live', with several aspects of most functional domains in modern business live.
From 2012 onwards, after 2 decades of managerial and management consulting roles, I started specializing in Transformational & Organizational Coaching.
