Ive come a long way this past year. Been through a lot, lots of changes, decisions, and obstacles. The best part is becoming a stronger person after its all said and done. Im finally doing what I want personal training and am back in school to finish my degree. Just remember, where ever you are at in life, whether its on a high or a low, the people around you can always pick you up when you are down and keep you up when you are high. YOU have the power to change and be whatever you want to be.
