I've been working in HR dept of FCA Italy Spa since November 2010. My first experience was inside Mirafiori Meccanica Plant as HR Area Representative, then I moved inside Central Manufacturing as HR Development Specialist and, after this role, I went back to Plant environment, moving to Verrone Plant where I worked for 2 years and a half as HR Area Representative/PD Pillar Manager (WCM). Currently, I've been working in HQ as HR Manager of Fiat and Lancia Brand and Product Planning. In the past I worked in the legal office of Ferrero Industria Dolciaria as trainee and in Alstom in a project for claim support.
