About
Marc has over 20 years experience in programmes and initiatives intersecting between public sector, education and business. He has in-depth experience and knowledge of governmental and business cultures, especially in Netherlands, Africa, Eastern Europe and (Central) Asia.
Marc was director of the Dutch Institute for Public Administration (ROI), after the merger with HEC he was member of the Executive Board of PBLQ (2008-2013). He established Dutch Academic Services in 2013.
