I started my own business in January of 2017, because I wanted to be a different firm. I didn't want to have 20 clients. I want to have the right number of clients so I can take amazing care of their needs... whether it is executive coaching, leadership development, human resource assessment or team alignment. The relationship I have with my clients comes close to the relationship I have with my family. I want to be able to do whatever it takes to make an organization and the people in it, the best it can be.
