Having achieved a degree in Organizational Psychology and a Master in Human Resources Managment, I started my professional career as Recruiter in fashion and then in IT and services industry. In 2010 I worked as a Career Counsultant and I had the opportunity to increase my skills and competencies regarding the outplacemnet service.
